責任博弈
Tenka is entertainment. The house has an edge in every game, so over time most players will lose more than they win. We want you to play with money you can afford to lose, for as long as it stays fun, and to have easy tools to stop when you need them. This page explains how.
1. Keep it fun
- Decide how much you can afford to lose before you deposit, and treat that as the cost of your entertainment. Never play with money set aside for rent, bills, food or debts.
- Set a time limit as well as a money limit. Take regular breaks; the games will still be there later.
- Never chase losses. A losing streak is not "due" to turn around, and doubling stakes to win it back is the fastest way to lose more.
- Do not play when you are upset, stressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Gambling is not a way to make money or to solve money problems.
- Remember that cryptocurrency prices move: the value of your balance can rise or fall even while you are not playing.
2. Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem
Ask yourself honestly:
- Do you spend more money or time gambling than you meant to?
- Do you go back another day to try to win back money you lost?
- Have you borrowed money, sold something, or used money meant for something else in order to gamble?
- Do you hide how much you gamble from family or friends, or lie about it?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down?
- Has gambling caused problems at home, at work, or with your finances or health?
- Do you gamble to escape worries or to feel better?
If you answered "yes" to any of these, please use the tools below and consider talking to one of the organisations listed in section 6. Reaching out is confidential and free.
3. Tools on Tenka
Self-exclusion (cool-off)
Go to Account → Self Exclusion and choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It takes effect immediately. While it is active you cannot place bets, deposit, claim rewards, join rain events, or send tips. You can still log in, use the chat and withdraw your balance. We will not lift a self-exclusion early for any reason, even if you change your mind — that is what makes it work.
Longer or permanent exclusion
For an exclusion longer than 30 days, or a permanent closure, open a ticket at support with the subject "Self-exclusion". We will apply it as soon as we see the request, confirm by email, and refuse any request to reopen the account during the period you chose. A permanent exclusion is irreversible. We also use the details on file to prevent new accounts being opened by an excluded player.
Deposit and betting limits
If you want a cap on how much you can deposit or bet per day, week or month, ask support for a custom restriction. Requests to lower a limit are applied straight away; requests to raise or remove one take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Account security
At Account → Security you can enable two-factor authentication and log out any session you do not recognise, so that nobody else can play with your balance.
Your history
Your full deposit, withdrawal, bet and balance history is available under Account. Checking it regularly is the simplest reality check there is.
4. Age policy: 21+
You must be at least 21 to use Tenka, or older if the law where you live requires it. Every visitor must confirm this before entering, and we verify age with a government-issued ID as part of our KYC checks. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 21 we close it, void any winnings, return verified deposits to the source wallet where possible, and may report the matter. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used this Site, contact support immediately.
To keep minors away from gambling: keep your login details private, enable two-factor authentication, do not stay logged in on shared devices, and consider parental-control software on devices children use.
5. Blocking software
If you want to block your own access to gambling sites across all of your devices, free and paid blocking tools exist — for example BetBlocker (free) and Gamban. These work independently of us and can be a useful complement to self-exclusion.
6. Where to get help
These organisations provide free, confidential support to anyone affected by gambling, including family members:
- GamCare — gamcare.org.uk — advice, live chat and a 24/7 helpline (National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133 in the UK).
- Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org — peer-support meetings worldwide, in person and online.
- BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org — information, self-assessment tools and links to treatment.
Most countries have their own gambling helpline or health service. If you are outside the regions served by the organisations above, search for "gambling helpline" together with your country's name, or ask your doctor. In an emergency, or if you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or crisis line right away.
7. Our commitment
- We never advertise gambling as a way to earn income or solve financial problems.
- Bonuses always have their terms displayed, and we will not pressure a self-excluded player with offers.
- Support staff are trained to recognise signs of harm and to apply exclusions without argument.
- We show the theoretical return to player (RTP) inside each game so you know the odds.
8. Contact
To set up an exclusion or limit, or to talk to us about your play, use support or email support@tenkabet.com. Requests about self-exclusion are treated as urgent.
